WHAT IS A JADE ROLLER

Some face rollers in the market are made of reconstituted stones. It means they are made of marble, glass or different stone debris put together, then bleached, injected with dyes and chemically treated. They also don’t carry any of the original properties of the real stone and because they were treated with chemicals, I wouldn’t like to have them near my skin.⁠

HOW TO KNOW IF A JADE ROLLER IS FAKE

Reconstituted stone rollers are made to resemble authentic jade rollers so they are usually green in colour. They are not as cool in touch as the real stone and they may have tiny cracks in the stone that gather dirt and bacteria.

If you are in any doubt ask the seller to confirm what stone the face roller is made of and for the certificate of the stone’s authenticity.
